We believe that true wealth extends beyond financial gains. It’s about making a positive impact on your life and the lives of others. If you were not born into wealth, be the groundbreaker in your family to change the wealth trajectory through business ventures and real estate investing.

I definitely didn't get here overnight though.

In fact, quite the opposite...

I started investing in real estate in 2009 when I purchased a rental home for just $35K. I had no experience, no training, I just knew that I could not build wealth from just going to work every day. The property was much older and needed a lot of updates, however, the repairs needed were few. I spent $5K fixing the repairs and started working on the updates to make the property more comfortable for the tenant I inherited from the prior owner.

There were many bumps in the road as I traveled this real estate journey alone. I had to learn how to find quality tenants, how to rely on a rolodex of professional workers to help make repairs to the property, and I had to learn how to be a landlord/property manager. A lot of lessons learned throughout my journey, but it's one that have provided a great return on investment and has led me to create generational wealth for my family by building my asset portfolio.

My Real Estate Results

What's more, I did it differently than most...

I didn't leave my career to pursue real estate investing, and you don't have to either. I used the salary and bonus that I receive from my corporate job as up-front capital to invest. My relationship with money looked very differently once my mindset changed. I was no longer chasing after money, I learned to make money work for me and return with equity and dividends.

Many are afraid of debt, and I understand. However, there is a such thing as good debt and bad debt. Good debt makes you money, bad debt takes money away and reduces your net worth.

When you are initially building your asset portfolio in real estate, you will need to leverage your W2 income and time in your career to secure capital to invest in larger opportunities that require more liquidity than what you may currently have. This is why it's important to leverage your salary to finance your freedom. Make your money work for you, not the other way around.

It doesn't matter if no one else believes in you.

What matters is if YOU believe in you.

•Financial Independence: Women can have a better control over their financial future if they choose to invest right towards being financially independent.

•Wealth building: Starting early and investing consistently can help women tap into the power of compounding to steadily build wealth over a period of time.

•Retirement planning: Women generally live longer than men. Hence, they need to ensure that they have enough savings to last through their retirement years.
